A dream for any bowler is to grab a wicket on the first ball. And if it’s their debut in the Indian Premier League, the experience becomes more memorable. It was a dream come true moment for Mumbai Indians bowler Ashwani Kumar, who achieved this spectacular feat yesterday. Ashwani Kumar picked a wicket on his first delivery in the MI vs KKR match and announced his arrival in style. He dismissed KKR skipper Ajinkya Rahane. In addition to that, he got rid of the dangerous trio Rinku Singh, Manish Pandey, and Andre Russell to guide his team to a stunning victory. With this win, Mumbai Indians registered its first victory of the season.
Before Ashwani Kumar, a few bowlers in the past accomplished this feat. Let us look at 10 bowlers who were brilliant on their IPL debut.
