Suriya’s Father Speech: Suriya has gained a huge fan following in Kollywood and Tollywood. Even though he has not done a straight film in Telugu, he has a huge fan following. After Ghajini, Surya’s craze has increased all over India. Every film Suriya has starred in has been dubbed in most languages. The different roles and different getups that Suriya has done, no other hero would have done. Ghajini actor started the first six-pack in Kollywood. Suriya showed off his six-pack look in the film Son of Krishnan.
Suriya is currently coming to everyone with a retro movie. Suriya and Pooja Hegde are teaming up for a retro movie. Retro film directed by Karthik Subbaraj. Santosh Narayan has composed the music for this movie. This retro movie is going to release on May 1. However, Surya’s father, Shiva Kumar, gave an emotional speech at this retro event. Talking about his son Surya, Shiva Kumar became emotional. He touched everyone emotionally by telling how hard his son works.
Shiva Kumar Speech:
He said that Suriya works very hard every day, practices dance for four hours every day, wakes up early in the morning, and goes to the beach to learn stunts. Is there any hero in Kollywood who has tried a six-pack like Suriya? Shiva Kumar proudly said that my son was the first to do a six-pack in Kollywood. Has anyone done it before, Suriya? He asked everyone from the stage. He said that he was not asking this with pride, but humbly.
Suriya’s Response:
Suriya got emotional when Shiva Kumar spoke like that. Suriya was moved a little when his father spoke about him in that way. Now, His retro trailer has impressed everyone. Watching this trailer, everyone will once again have faith in Karthik Subbaraj’s direction. Has he brought such a good output in four months? Everyone will have doubts. Looks-wise, Suriya has shown shades of chala. The set and camera work all seem to have taken us to the 80s and 90s. However, in the trailer, it does not seem like Pooja Hegde has been given much space.
