During their conversation, Ram Gopal Varma puts Sandeep in a spot by asking a tricky question, “I’m asking you a question. You should answer immediately without a pause. Okay? Can you make a film on Baahubali?” But Sandeep took a few seconds of pause to answer the question. Finally, the Animal director said “I’ll try, sir. Maybe, in the future.” But RGV was not satisfied with the answer and says Arey, that is not the correct answer. You should say either yes or no.” RGV wanted a straight answer which Vanga couldn’t give.
The hesitated Sandeep Reddy Vanga said he will try to make up to the mark. The relentless RGV lost his cool and scolded Animal director “Sandeep, that is not correct. You can’t be diplomatic.” He demands a straight answer from the director. Finally, Vanga gave an honest and immediate answer “NO”. He revealed that he can not make a film on Baahubali. But the discussion didn’t stop there!
The unsatisfied RGV asks yet another tricky question. Okay, he says no. So my next question is, can you make a better film than Baahubali?” Now immediately Sandeep Reddy Vanga gave the same answer to this question by saying “I’ll try.” Very next moment RGV laughed and shook hands with Sandeep Reddy Vanga and said “No trying. It’s done! The answer has come. Superb.” Finally Ram Gopal Varma was satisfied with the answer and concluded the tricky question.
Animal directed by Sandeep Redyy Vanga features Ranbir Kapoor, Rashmika Mandanna and Bobby Deol in lead roles. This Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s directorial has been the centre of controversy for its negative impact on society. Sandeep Redyy Vanga will next direct Prabhas in Spirit.
