IPL 2025 Final: RCB Scores 190, PBKS Eye Victory

IPL 2025 Final:

The IPL 2025 final between Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) and Punjab Kings (PBKS) was a thrilling contest, but RCB could not cross the 200-run mark, finishing with 190 runs for 9 wickets in their 20 overs. Punjab Kings, chasing a challenging target of 191, looked confident to take the title.

IPL 2025 Final:

Virat Kohli, RCB’s captain and star player, scored 43 runs off 35 balls. Despite his steady effort, Kohli couldn’t reach a half-century, and his dismissal was a major setback for Bangalore. Rajat Patidar and Mayank Agarwal provided some early stability with good shots, but PBKS’s bowlers kept applying pressure throughout the innings.

Kyle Jamieson was the standout bowler for Punjab Kings, taking three wickets, including those of key batsmen like Kohli and Patidar. Arshdeep Singh also played a crucial role with three wickets in the final overs, breaking partnerships and slowing down RCB’s scoring rate.

The pitch in Ahmedabad was known for being good for batting, with 200+ totals chased before. However, RCB struggled to accelerate their scoring at crucial moments. Punjab Kings’ bowlers smartly mixed their deliveries, making it tough for RCB’s batsmen to score freely.

As the match reached its final overs, Romario Shepherd showed some hitting power, scoring boundaries and sixes to keep RCB’s hopes alive. But it wasn’t enough to push the total beyond 190.

Punjab Kings started their chase with confidence, and with bowlers like Jamieson and Singh breaking key partnerships early, they remained in control. The match was intense, with both teams fighting hard for the championship.

Punjab Kings looked ready to win the IPL 2025 title, while RCB kept wondering what might have happened if their star players had performed at the right time.
