67-Storey Dubai Tower: A huge fire that started late Friday night at the 67-story Marina Pinnacle tower in Dubai resulted in the safe evacuation of almost 3,800 occupants. According to the ‘Khaleej Times’, the Dubai Media Office (DMO) announced that 3,820 inhabitants from 764 apartments were safely evacuated during the six-hour firefight by Dubai Civil Defence troops.
It stated that to prioritize the safety and well-being of people impacted, authorities are collaborating with the building’s developer to offer interim housing. The DMO stated in a post on X at 1.44 am on Saturday that all occupants were evacuated from the 67-story building by specialized crews, with their health and safety being given top priority during the operation.

At 2.09 a.m., another update verified that medical teams and an ambulance were present to provide complete medical and psychological care. The DMO verified that every residence had been successfully evacuated by 2:21 a.m. Tiger Tower, also known as Marina Pinnacle, has previously been the scene of a fire. A fire that began in a 47th-floor kitchen in May 2015 spread to the floor above before Dubai Civil Defense was able to put it out.
