Upcoming IPOs: 5 SME Offers Set to Hit Dalal Street Next Week

The Indian stock market is set for an exciting week as several companies are preparing to launch their initial public offerings (IPOs). Starting Monday, 16 June 2025, investors can look forward to one mainboard IPO and five SME (Small and Medium Enterprises) IPOs. This activity is expected to bring fresh energy to Dalal Street.

Arisinfra Solutions IPO


Arisinfra Solutions Ltd is the sole mainboard IPO opening next week. The company, which supplies construction materials like steel pipes, wires, TMT bars, soil, sand, cement, and wall putty, is planning to raise funds through a fresh issue of equity shares. The firm aims to collect nearly ₹499.60 crore by issuing over 2.25 crore shares. There will be no offer-for-sale component in this IPO.

The price band for Arisinfra Solutions shares is set between ₹210 and ₹222 per share. Investors can bid in lots of 67 shares. The proceeds from this IPO will help the company repay loans, support working capital, invest in a subsidiary, and meet general corporate needs. The issue will be open from 18 June 2025 to 20 June 2025. JM Financial, IIFL Capital, and Nuvama Wealth Management manage this IPO. MUFG Intime India serves as the registrar.

Upcoming SME IPOs

Several small companies are entering the market:

1. Samay Project Services – This engineering and construction firm plans to raise ₹14.69 crore by issuing 43.20 lakh shares. The price band is ₹32–₹34 per share. Investors must buy 4,000 shares. Minimum investment is ₹1.28 lakh. The IPO opens on 16 June and closes on 18 June.

2. Patil Automation – This company provides welding and automation solutions. It seeks to raise ₹69.61 crore by offering 58.01 lakh shares. The price range is ₹114-₹120, with a lot size of 1,200 shares (minimum ₹1.368 lakh investment). The IPO runs from 16 June to 18 June.

3. Eppeltone Engineers – This firm will issue 34.34 lakh shares to collect around ₹43.96 crore. The price band is ₹125-₹128, with a minimum lot size of 1,000 shares (₹1.25 lakh investment). The issue opens on 17 June and closes on 19 June.

4. Influx Healthtech – The health-tech company plans to raise ₹58.57 crore through 50 lakh fresh shares and 11 lakh shares in an offer-for-sale. The price band is ₹91-₹96 per share, with 1,200 shares per lot (₹1.092 lakh minimum investment). The IPO will run from 18 June to 20 June.

5. Mayasheel Ventures – This company plans to raise ₹27.28 crore by issuing 55.14 lakh shares. The price band is ₹44-₹47, and the lot size is 3,000 shares (₹1.32 lakh minimum investment). The IPO will open on 20 June and close on 24 June.

Upcoming Listings

Next week will see listings of companies like Sacheerome, Jainik Power and Cables, Monolithisch India, Aten Papers & Foam, and Oswal Pumps on the SME indices.
