Electricity Bill Reduce Offer: APCPDCL Load Scheme Ends June 30

Electricity Bill Reduce Offer: APCPDCL Load Scheme Ends June 30

Electricity Bill Reduce:

The Andhra Pradesh Central Power Distribution Corporation Limited (APCPDCL) has introduced a helpful scheme for electricity users. This scheme allows consumers to regularize their additional electricity load with a 50% discount. However, this limited-time offer will end on June 30, 2025, and officials are urging users to act fast.

Electricity Bill Reduce:

This scheme started on March 1, 2025, and applies to domestic electricity users. Normally, if you want to regularize 1 kilowatt (kW) of extra load, you need to pay ₹2,000. But with this special offer, you only have to pay ₹1,000 per kW. The scheme aims to help households avoid penalties and stay compliant with load regulations.

APCPDCL serves various districts in Andhra Pradesh, including Krishna, NTR, Guntur, Bapatla, Palnadu, and Prakasam. Its main office is located in Vijayawada.

Many electricity consumers, especially in NTR district, have already taken advantage of this scheme. The company also reported a good financial response due to the increase in voluntary participation. This shows that people are interested in following rules if they get some financial relief.

There is also another reason to regularize your load before applying to schemes like PM Surya Ghar. To be eligible, a household must have a minimum load of 3.5 kW. If you apply for this solar subsidy scheme without updating your load, you may need to pay the full ₹2,000 per kW. But by regularizing now under APCPDCL’s scheme, you can do it at just ₹1,000 per kW.

With just two days left, authorities are reminding all electricity users in Andhra Pradesh to use this opportunity. It helps not only in saving money but also in avoiding future fines or rejection from other government schemes.

If you’re a household electricity user under APCPDCL, hurry and regularize your additional load before June 30, 2025. This is your last chance to get the 50% discount and avoid paying more later.
