Lifetime UAE Golden Visa for Indians: In the UAE, it has been categorically denied. The so-called ‘lifetime Golden Visa’ is offered to citizens from particular nationalities. Clarification came from the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Ports Security (ICP) on July 8, as reported recently by Khaleej Times.
The ICP called out the false claims being circulated in local and foreign media and on various websites regarding lifetime Golden Visas. The false reports were attributed to the overseas consulting office that issued a misleading press note alleging that citizens of certain countries could apply for a permanent Golden Visa. Some Indian and UAE-based media amplified this announcement further. Without any verification or confirmation from any official UAE authority on July 7.
The ICP clarified that all Golden Visa categories, eligibility conditions. And grant protocols are determined by UAE laws and ministerial decisions. Applications must therefore be submitted directly through official government channels and not through third-party consultants or advisory offices, local or international.

The authorities warned that legal action will be taken against any firm or individual propagating these scams. The ICP accused these entities of exploiting people’s hopes of building a better life in the UAE by making false promises to extract money from innocent applicants.
The government strongly advises the public to rely solely on official sources. Such as the ICP website (www.icp.gov.ae) or its official helpline 600522222, to avoid falling victim to fraud. The UAE once again assured transparency and public trust. And invited the applicants not to take any unofficial shortcuts or rely on unverified claims on residence programs.
