The upcoming  2025 Sankranti festival season race in Tollywood is already intense enough with three notable films lined up for release. These films are Game Changer, Sankranthiki Vastunnam ,Sarkaar Sitharam, Daaku Maharaj and Majaka.

Now Nithiin’s joins 2025 Sankranthi race with action drama Robinhood directed by Venky Kudumula and produced by Mythri Movie Makers is reportedly set to hit the theaters worldwide on 13th January.

Initially, makers announced that the action drama would be released on December 20, 2024. Later, the release was postponed to December 25, 2024, to avail the full benefit of the Christmas season.

However, the latest buzz suggests that Nithiin’s starrer Robinhood is confirmed to join the ongoing 2025 Sankranthi.

According to recent reports, it is said that another new film entering the Sankranti race, and this film is Robinhood. Apparently, the Nithiin starrer is likely to be prepared for release coming Sankranthi season. Mythri Movie Makers are reportedly contemplating the idea of releasing the film in theaters on the 13th of January.

The Nithiin and Sree Leela’s action drama was earlier announced for release this Christmas season, but this plan is getting altered as Mythri are looking to give Pushpa 2 a long run by holding back Robinhood. As a result, the Notion starrer is projected to have a delayed theatrical debut. If that is the case, then the coming Sankranthi season could witness 5 notable outings.

The film stars Nithiin and Sreeleela in the lead role, alongside Dayanand Reddy, Vennela Kishore, Rajendra Prasad, Aadukalam Naren, Ketika Sharma and Shine Tom Chacko. The music was composed by G. V. Prakash Kumar. The audio rights for the film were acquired by Sony Music Entertainment India Pvt. Ltd and is funded by Telugu leading production house Mythri Movie Makers, Naveen Yerneni and Yalamanchili Ravi Shankar.
