Power Cut Today in Hyderabad:
Hyderabad residents should prepare for scheduled power outages on Saturday, July 26, 2025, as maintenance teams will carry out work across various areas. Officials will cut the electricity supply for several hours in different regions to trim trees, fix technical issues, and update the city’s power infrastructure.
The following areas will experience power cuts between 10 AM and 1 PM:
1. Maruti Nagar Feeder Areas: Bhavani Nagar, Maruti Nagar, Mansani Colony, Gaylax Homes, Sri Sai Enclave, Siddhi Vinayak Chittari, Manikantha Nagar, Shuboday Colony, Subhash Nagar, SC Colony.
Additionally, between 12 PM and 12:30 PM, there will be a power shutdown in Srinivasapuram under the Ramantapur Polytechnic Substation.
In the afternoon, power outages are expected between 2 PM and 5 PM in:
1. KVSB Colony Feeder Areas: Padmanti Colony, RNS Colony, BL Nagar, Reddy’s Colony, New Bhavani Nagar, Shuboday Colony, Green City Colony, Anagapuri Colony, Bhimreddy Colony, and surrounding areas.
Authorities urge residents to cooperate during these periods to avoid any inconvenience.
Further, the Petbashirabad Substation will also see power disruptions from 11 AM to 11:30 AM in the areas of Jayaram Nagar, Shree Krishna Nagar and Ganesh Colony.
In the Komapalli Substation areas, power will be cut from 11 AM to 12 PM. Affected areas include Jayabheri, Bank Colony, Srinivas Colony, NCL Noble Enclave, and others.
This planned outage is part of routine maintenance to improve power supply reliability in Hyderabad. Authorities have requested that all affected residents plan accordingly and ensure that they stay informed about the power shutdown schedules.
