Among the most talked-about revelations was one involving actor Rohit Saraf, known for his charming on-screen aura. According to one user, a friend not only matched with him but eventually hooked up, confirming that the encounter wasn’t just through the phone. Meanwhile, another Redditor claimed they matched with Arjit Taneja, but were ghosted with no reason after a promising exchange. “It felt like I was talking to someone who had zero emotional bandwidth,” the user added, highlighting the emotional trauma of interacting with celebs on dating apps.
But it’s not just about ghosting or one-night stands. Several users took to Reddit to criticize the behavior of engaged or even married influencers who are allegedly using dating platforms under the radar. One commenter wrote, “A LOT of ‘taken’ and ‘married’ influencers/actors/celebs are on dating apps and they suck. Most of them are just there to cheat or get laid. Perhaps the most disturbing story came from someone who interacted with a Marathi influencer who they described as “super creepy.” The user claimed he persistently tried to initiate sexual conversations and made accusations of inappropriate behavior by shifting the conversations. “He’d always act like he wanted everything else but sex when called out, just eurgh,” the user wrote.
