AI-Driven Leadership Book: Leadership coach and author Kuruva Venkataramana Murthy launched his latest book, AI-Driven Leadership: Leading with Dharma in the Age of AI, at the Radisson Hotel, Gachibowli. The event marked not just a book release but the beginning of a values-based leadership movement for the AI era.
In a symbolic gesture, Murthy invited the mothers of his readers to unveil the book. “As mothers represent Dharma, this launch reflects the nurturing and ethical foundation leaders need today,” he explained. Murthy, founder of One in the Universe, addressed the urgent need for ethical grounding in a tech-driven world. “We move at algorithmic speed but with fractured souls. We must return to inner clarity and conscience,” he said.
The book introduces the AAA Model: Adapt, Amplify, Accelerate, which blends ancient wisdom with leadership tools:
⦿ Adapt with self-awareness (Swadhyaya, Sama)
⦿ Amplify through ethical decisions (Viveka)
⦿ Accelerate with intent and connection (Sankalpa, Sambandh)

He also identified three key gaps leaders face today: the integrity gap, awareness gap, and relevance gap. The book offers practical tools like reflection rituals, red-flag decision maps, and empathy loops to address them. Murthy unveiled the Dharmic Panchsheel for ethical leadership: Satyam, Ahimsa, Seva, Viveka, and Sambandh, emphasizing truth, compassion, service, conscious choices, and relationships.
The event also introduced Flame Talks, a new transformation platform. “We honored mothers because true Dharma starts at home,” Murthy shared.
AI-Driven Leadership* is available at leading bookstores and online platforms. Praised as “a Gita for the AI era,” the book speaks to founders, educators, policymakers, and anyone seeking meaning in a fast-changing world.
