Secunderabad Railway Station Development:
Due to ongoing redevelopment work at Secunderabad Railway Station, authorities will reroute several trains to other stations until October 19.South Central Railway authorities have announced these changes as part of the station’s upgrading process.
As per the announcement, trains originating from different parts of the region will depart from alternate stations during this period. For example, trains from Vijayawada (12713, 12714) will now depart from Kachiguda Station, and trains coming from Porbandar (weekly service, 20967, 20968) will head towards Udanagar. Similarly, trains coming from Siddipet (77656, 77653, 776754, 77655) will be redirected to Malkajgiri.
Trains from Pune (12025, 12026) will now operate from Hyderabad Station, and trains from Manuguru (12745, 12746) will run from Cherlapalli. Additionally, some long-distance trains, such as those from Silchar (12513, 12514) and Darbhanga (17007, 17008), will now reroute to Cherlapalli Station.
These changes remain temporary and will continue until authorities complete the redevelopment work at Secunderabad Station. Officials advise passengers to check the new schedules and station details to avoid any inconvenience.
