At a pre-release event in Hyderabad on August 10, Ayan Mukerji responded to the speculations with a sense of humour. He said, “We are smart enough not to make a movie where he (Jr. NTR) comes at the interval point in the movie. That much sense we have.” This comment quickly calmed fans, who were concerned about the timing of Jr. NTR’s entry in the film. Mukerji also hinted that Jr. NTR’s entry would be a major highlight, but assured that it wouldn’t be delayed until the interval.

To keep the suspense alive, Ayan Mukerji teased the audience by saying that the only way to know when Jr. NTR will make his appearance to watch the film and enjoy the experience firsthand. The director emphasized that War 2 will offer a unique cinematic experience, combining thrilling action with deep emotional moments.

The highly anticipated War 2 features Hrithik Roshan as Kabir, a super spy, and Jr. NTR in the role of a special unit officer tasked with tracking Kabir. The makers will release the film on August 14, 2025, in Hindi, Telugu, and Tamil.
