tvN has dropped a teaser for its upcoming comedy-drama Shin’s Project, and fans are already hooked. The show stars Han Suk Kyu, famously known as ‘Kim Sabu’ from Dr. Romantic, as Mr. Shin,a former elite negotiator now running a humble fried chicken restaurant. Audiences are eager to see Han Suk Kyu take on another intriguing role, and Shin’s Project looks set to deliver just that. The teaser opens on a serious note. Mr. Shin answers a call in a calm, commanding voice: “Where are you? The drama’s first script reading which was released recently featured director Shin Kyung Soo, writer Ban Ki Ri, and a star-studded cast including Han Suk Kyu, Bae Hyeon Seong, and Lee Re. The actors delivered natural chemistry and quick banter that brought the script to life.
Bae Hyeon Seong plays Jo Philip, a rookie judge thrown into the chaos of the chicken shop. His transformation from courtroom to kitchen apron is as awkward as it is hilarious. Lee Re plays Lee Si On, a spirited Gen Z delivery worker. Her energetic performance adds freshness and heart to the story.
