The Indian Navy has launched a new recruitment campaign to hire skilled civilian workers. This is a significant opportunity for candidates who have undergone vocational or technical training. This recruitment exercise will enlist 1,266 Civilian Tradesman Skilled personnel in a variety of trades.
Each of these will further strengthen the advent of a technically skilled workforce – if not through the Navy as an organization, then at least in the context of the Navy’s overall contributions to India’s maritime power.
The Navy issued an announcement about this recruitment campaign on August 13, 2025, applications will be open until September 2, 2025. Candidates are required to apply online only through the official website.
Selected candidates will receive a salary ranging from ₹19,900 to ₹63,200/month plus allowances, dependent on the post and experience of the applicant.
