Himachal Pradesh and Punjab


In Himachal Pradesh, both government and private schools will remain closed until September 7, 2025. Officials warned that rainfall may increase further, which could cause more landslides. Similarly, in Punjab, widespread flooding has led to the closure of schools across the state until September 7.

Jammu & Kashmir and Delhi

In Jammu & Kashmir, all educational institutions are shut today, September 4, due to bad weather conditions. Delhi has been receiving heavy rainfall for the last three days, disrupting daily life and transport. While many expect that schools will remain closed today, official confirmation from authorities is still awaited. Kerala

In Kerala, schools are closed for the Onam festival. The holiday period will continue until September 7, and classes will resume on September 8, 2025.

Andhra Pradesh

In Andhra Pradesh, some districts are under weather alerts, but the government has not declared a state-wide school holiday today. Parents have been advised to follow local announcements and check updates from district officials.
