SIIMA Awards 2025 Telugu Winners:
The South Indian International Movie Awards (SIIMA) 2025 turned into a star-studded evening at the Dubai Exhibition Centre. The 13th edition celebrated the best talent from Telugu and Kannada cinema. Leading stars graced the red carpet. They delivered unforgettable moments.
One of the biggest highlights was Bollywood legend Amitabh Bachchan, who received the Best Supporting Actor (Telugu) award for his role in Kalki 2898 AD. Though he couldn’t attend due to prior commitments, his win was one of the most talked-about moments of the night.
The organisers honoured veteran actor Kamal Haasan with the Best Actor in a Negative Role (Telugu) award. Music fans had reasons to cheer. Devi Sri Prasad (DSP) won Best Music Director (Telugu) for Pushpa 2. B Ajaneesh Loknath received the Best Music Director (Kannada) award for MAX. From the younger generation, Sandeep Saroj won Best Debutant Actor (Telugu). Anna Ben received Best Supporting Actress (Telugu) for Kalki 2898 AD.The Kannada industry also celebrated new talent with Samarjit Lankesh and Ankita Amar winning debut awards.
Allu Arjun stole the show on the red carpet with his stylish black suit, becoming one of the most talked-about celebrities at the event.
Other notable awards included Ramajogaiah Sastry winning Best Lyric Writer (Telugu) for Chuttamalle (Devara) and Shilpa Rao winning Best Female Playback Singer (Telugu) for the same song. Rathnavelu ISC was named Best Cinematographer (Telugu) for Devara.
The Kannada industry also honoured V Harikrishna with a Special Award and Srivathsan Selvarajan for his cinematography in Ibbani Tabbida Illeyali.
The Tamil and Malayalam winners will be announced on the second day of the ceremony in Dubai.
SIIMA 2025 once again proved to be a grand celebration, bringing together the best from South Indian cinema.
