Tiki Taka First Look: Among Asif Ali’s upcoming films, Tiki Taka has been one of the most talked-about projects. Directed by Rohit V.S., the movie has now revealed its first-look poster, carrying the tagline “Absolute Cinema.” The poster hints at an intense action-thriller experience, fueling audience curiosity.
What is more special about Tiki Taka is its production ensemble. For the first time, Bollywood’s premier production house T-Series has signed up to be the co-producer of a Malayalam film. Panorama Studios, another prominent Hindi film production company, joins them along with Wellmade Productions and Adventures Company. Co-producers are Navis Xavier, Ram Mirchandani, and Rajesh Menon.
In addition to Asif Ali, the film has Naslen and Lukman in significant roles. Wamiqa Gabbi and Sanjana Natarajan would play the female leads. Harishree Ashokan and Santhosh Prathap, both veteran actors, also have significant roles. Asif Ali is reported to play several looks, creating curiosity.
After his critically acclaimed movie Kala, director Rohit V.S. is back to direct another high-octane action entertainer. Udeh Nans, the Indonesian fight master and choreographer of action sequences in Hollywood movie The Raid Redemption, has choreographed the stunts. Asif Ali got injured during the training and he had to be hospitalized due to a severe knee injury, which kept him off for five months, depicting the physically demanding process involved in the film.
In a previous interview, Asif Ali had referred to Tiki Taka as his own KGF, a statement that was trending among fans. With a shooting schedule of over 120 days in Kerala and outside Kerala, the film is being produced on a big scale.
The technical crew features Sony Sebastian as cinematographer, Neog as screenplay writer, Packiaraj as story writer, Chaman Chacko as editor, and Don Vincent as audiographer. Some of the best talents in the industry spearhead the production design, costume, and publicity so that the film is presented with a well-sharpened cinematic experience.
