The trailer for the new Malayalam film Khalifa starring Prithviraj Sukumaran, directed by Vyshakh, and produced by Jinu Abraham has gone viral. The video was released under the title The Blood Line and crossed the 1 million mark on Youtube in less than a day, showing extreme hype for the film that was just right for timing with the birthday of Prithviraj Sukumaran.

The video showcases Prithviraj’s brand of action sequences along with exciting chess sets, mass action scenes, and deep dialogue, which kept the audience glued. Jomon T John worked his cinematography magic on it while providing an equally magical score was Jakes Bijoy. While normally the fans would be creaming over their favorite hero, Aamir Ali, here the teaser was hinting at some really powerful character traits and legacy in the story.

Release Details

Khalifa is set for a major release on Onam 2026. The film has Prithviraj and Vyshakh coming together after their successful attempt on Pokiri Raja.
