Kalyanaraman Re-release: Dileep’s beloved comedy “Kalyanaraman,” which is preparing for a comeback to theaters, is part of the growing trend of re-releases in Malayalam cinema. The next classic to receive a 4K restoration is “Kalyanaraman,” which comes after the recent re-releases of Mammootty and Mohanlal blockbusters.

Although the re-release date has not yet been revealed, fans are already getting excited. With a cast that includes Dileep, Salim Kumar, Innocent, and Navya Nair, and a reputation for ageless humor, the movie is still entertaining audiences over twenty years after it was first released.

Shafi directed, and Benny P. Nayarambalam wrote the film, which Lal produced under the Lal Creations name and was first released in 2002. According to sources, Lal will distribute the film once more.

The re-release promises improved 4K images and sound quality, with a big ensemble cast that includes Kunchacko Boban, Lalu Alex, Lal, Jyothirmayi, Boban Alumoodan, Kochu Preman, and Unnikrishnan Namboothiri. It is anticipated to be released in theaters in January 2026.
