Aaryan 3 Days Box Office Collection: Aaryan is Vishnu Vishal’s new film, directed by Praveen K, and is by far an intense action thriller. The film opened in theatres with a decent buzz, as it was the one emerging from the thick fog of suspense and emotional clutches, but with lukewarm box office collections. Though there has been some positive word of mouth from a certain section of viewers, Aaryan has its task cut out for it in setting things right on the breakeven frontier.
As per the initial trade reports, Aaryan has evidently collected ₹ 4.42 crore (India net) flat in the first three days with mild abnormal changes in earnings reported every day.
The film opened on Friday with ₹1.2 crore, then spiked on Saturday, where it reached ₹1.99 crore-a healthy 65.83% rise. The early Sunday estimates point to a dip to ₹1.23 crore, bringing the weekend total to ₹4.42 crore.
Although the Saturday upswing created much hope for a stronger trend, the Sunday drop shows that the film will be struggling to keep that momentum unless the occupancy levels improve with weekdays’ footfalls.
Critics have largely praised Vishnu Vishal’s intense performance and action slickness. Some viewers, however, felt the pacing and emotive drives of the film could have been better. Added to that is the competition brought about by other simultaneous releases in different regions affected by Diwali leftovers.
To break even, analysts for trade say that Aaryan needs to gross somewhere around ₹10-12 crore in theatres by the time its run is completed. Judging trends, achieving that target seems quite challenging, unless the movie picks up a resurgence in interest through good word of mouth.

A fair but insipid opening in three days at ₹4.42 crore, Aaryan’s quite well but seems underwhelming. While praise continues to flow toward Vishnu Vishal’s performance, the film’s journey at the box office is largely dependent on its weekday sustainability. For now, Aaryan rests at a critical juncture-once week two has come to play. A strong hold then will clearly determine whether it takes its costs back or simply fades away too soon.
