Kayadu, who became well-known for her role in Ashwath Marimuthu’s Dragon opposite Pradeep Ranganathan, responded to reports that she was the subject of an Enforcement Directorate (ED) probe over wrongdoing at TASMAC, the state-run liquor company in Tamil Nadu.
Kayadu said, “I have been thinking about this for a long time. I do not come from this background; this is new to me. I never thought something like this would hit me so hard.” She also said, “All I did was be good to people. I just followed my dreams. I didn’t know what I did wrong. When I see these comments, when I see people talking about it, it’s not easy to read.”

The actress agreed that criticism is a part of her job, but she also confessed that the constant rumors have had a significant impact on her. “The only question is, I didn’t do anything,” she said, urging people to exercise caution before spreading negativity. Kayadu continued, “It doesn’t mean that it will break me,” in spite of the criticism. I’ll always keep my head up, keep going, and work. regardless of the amount of love or hate I get. I’ll continue to be thankful and indifferent to the hatred. For me, giving up is not an option.
