Leading lady Kalyani Priyadarshan, Potential Studios has started work on its most recent film. Beginning with a conventional puja ceremony in Chennai, the seventh venture of the production company started. Having built a name for making movies that are financially successful and critically acclaimed, Potential Studios is ready for yet another exciting project.
Maya, Maanagaram, Monster, Thani Oruvan, Irugapatru, and Black are among several well-known films created by Potential Studios over many years. Every one of these films was favorably welcomed for its distinctive stories and engrossing material. Building on the amazing success of Lokesh Kanagaraj’s Irugapatru and the industry smash Maanaadu: Chapter 1, the banner is ready to investigate another fascinating story with a fresh cast and crew.
With Kalyani Priyadarshan in the lead, celebrated actress Devadarshini, who is known from Naan Mahaan Alla, and accomplished actor Vinod Kishan also play important parts in the project. Adding to the excitement, Priyadarshan will divide screen time with her father, director-actor Priyadarshan, who has a significant role following Chandramukhi 2’s success.
With the script and conversations co-written by Sreekumar and Praveen Bhaskar, the film is Thiraviyam S.N.’s first foray into filmmaking. Justin Prabhakaran has charge of the music and pledges an original score. Production designer Mayapandi, editor A.R. Thankam, and cinematographer Gokul Benoy head the main technical staff. Inas Farhan and Sher Ali supervise costume creation with Pratheesh Shekhar managing PRO duties.
Already generating a lot of buzz is the movie made under the Potential Studios brand by S.R. Prakash Babu, S.R. Prabhu, P. Gopinath, and Thankaprabakaran R. Since Potential Studios is renowned for sponsoring significant and successful films, their partnership with Kalyani Priyadarshan is regarded as a very promising match.
