Miss Jamaica Suffers Brutal Fall During Miss Universe Walk

Miss Universe Jamaica 2025, Dr. Gabrielle Henry, had a horrific fall, adding to the drama surrounding Miss Universe 2025. A few days before the competition, three judges quit. During the evening gown portion of the preliminary competition in Bangkok, Thailand, on November 19, Miss Jamaica unexpectedly fell off the platform.

According to a November 19 Instagram post by Miss Universe Jamaica Organization, she was rushed right away to Paolo Rangsit Hospital for treatment, where medical professionals certified she had no life-threatening injuries but were conducting tests to guarantee her full recovery.

Gabrielle, 28, is seen walking across the stage in an orange evening gown and high heels in social media videos of the event that have since gone viral. She misses a step and falls off the stage. She was seen being carried off the pageant stage on a stretcher in some videos following the event.
