iBomma Ravi Bail Update:I Bomma Ravi Bail Hearing Postponed; Nampally Court to Review Again on December 3 The legal battle surrounding I Bomma Ravi has really intensified with the Nampally Court still reviewing several charges filed against him. Ravi was arrested on the 14th of the last month and brought once again to Nampally Court as part of the investigation, and police have filed a total of five separate cases, making the court now available to grant PT warrants to continue the proceedings.
Ravi appeared in court regarding the five cases. A prolonged argument followed between the prosecution and the defence. While the prosecution argued that Ravi did not cooperate with the investigation during two earlier phases, this was rebutted very forcefully by defence counsel. Advocate Srinath argued that the sections filed against Ravi are not relevant to the alleged offence and that there is no connection between the Copyright Act and Cinematography Act with regard to these accusations.
Defence Claims, ‘No strength in case”
In addition, Srinath said that the police had “deliberately added wrong sections” against Ravi. Emphasizing that the charges framed were bailable, he said, “So Ravi is entitled to bail by law.” According to him, “the police confession statements do not carry any weight and cannot hold the case together.”

Hearing Adjourned to December 3
After the lengthy arguments from both sides, the Nampally Court adjourned the bail hearing. On December 3, after the last arguments of the Public Prosecutor (PP), the court is likely to deliver its verdict. Ravi’s legal team remains very optimistic despite the delays. Advocate Srinath said, “We hope he will definitely get bail on Wednesday.”
