As per the report, Daaku Maharaaj collected ₹25.35 crore on day one and ₹12.8 crore on day two. On day three, it earned ₹12 crore nett, bringing the total to ₹50.15 crore. With an overall 50.39% Telugu occupancy on Tuesday, the film is making waves. Naga Vamsi’s Sithara Entertainments announced that Daaku Maharaaj grossed ₹74 crore worldwide within two days of its release, showcasing its strong global performance.
The film starring Bala Krishna in the lead role also stars Pragya Jaiswal, Urvashi Rautela, Dulquer Salmaan, and Bobby Deol in prominent roles. Daaku Maharaaj story follows A daring robber, striving for survival and establishing his own territory amid conflicts with powerful adversaries, battling to become a “king without a kingdom.” The film released coinciding with Sankranti is going strong at the box office despite heavy competition.
Bala Krishna entered the Sankranthi Race on 12th January 2025. With his latest offering Daaku Maharaaj which also stars Pragya Jaiswal. Venkatesh made the Sankranthi debut with his comedy entertainer Sankranthiki Vasthunam on 14th January 2025. Ram Charan’s Game Changer is already ahead in the Sankranthi race with its release on 10th January 2025. On the other hand, Sonu Sood’s directorial debut Fateh was released on the same day as a game changer. With heavy competition, Bala Krishna’s Daaku Maharaaj is expected to maintain its momentum at the box office.
