Aishwarya Rai Seeks Court Order: Actress Aishwarya Rai has approached the Delhi High Court seeking a restraining order against the unauthorized use of her photos and videos. She has said in her petition that her photos and videos are being used in advertisements without her permission and that her privacy rights should be protected.

She has also sought a restraining order from using her photos and videos for commercial purposes without her permission. The Delhi High Court has said that an interim order will be issued to prevent the unauthorized use of Aishwarya Rai’s photos and videos. The hearing of the case has been adjourned.

Aishwarya Rai seeks court order

Senior advocate Sandeep Sethi, appearing for actress Aishwarya Rai, argued that Aishwarya’s photos are being misused. Speaking further, he said, “This is shocking. Her morphed pictures are being used. All these are generated by AI. There are close-up photos, which are completely untrue. They are making money using Aishwarya Rai’s face and name,” Sethi said.

Actress Aishwarya Rai was last seen in Mani Ratnam’s Ponniyin Selvan. She played the role of Nandini and Umai Rani in both parts of the film. After the blockbuster success of the film, she has not committed to any film. It is worth noting that her husband Abhishek Bachchan is a busy hero in Bollywood.
