Fate of cinema changed
Allu Arjun said that Indian cinema changed its course when ‘Shiva’ released in theatres, the film brought in a new style of filmmaking that evolved into Hollywood standards we are witnessing today in films.
He further went on to say and request fans to attend the film’s re release with 2 bags of confetti and enjoy the new visual experience in theatres.
New technology elements
The Pan Indian actor further said that this new re-release is altered for the present generation viewers with new sound and visual technology elements used in modern day films, he promised that Akkineni Nagarjuna will look as good and vintage in this re-release.
Shiva’s brand image
For a long time everyone in the industry said that Telugu cinema can be considered as before ‘Shiva’ and after Shiva, because until then films used to portray extravaganza on screen and larger than life characters in the film.
But in ‘Shiva’, the film showcased the hero in a more realistic setting and the sound in the film is so fresh the audience at the time who watched the film still can’t forget the effect of it from their minds.

Ram Gopal Varma is a filmmaker who is heavily influenced by foreign films and he filmmaking style is influenced by Hollywood legends Steven Spielberg and William Friedkin, he chooses to make films in a realistic setting so that the audience can have the most emotional effect while watching the film.
This realistic setting will make the audience feel for the characters more and the believability factor amps up the hype of emotional effect.
