Ghaati: Lady superstar Anushka Shetty is coming out to the silver screen after a gap of 2 years with Krish’s directorial venture ‘GHAATI’. This action drama is hitting the theatres on September 5th. Along with Anushka, Tamil actor Vikram Prabhu and Chaitanya Rao are playing the lead roles. UV Creations is producing this flick, and they are confident that the film will entertain audiences in theatres on September 5th. The story revolves around Cannabis smugglers. Anushka’s character arc starts from a smuggler to a leader who fights for justice for their community. The promotional material released so far has created enough buzz to get the audience to theatres, but to become a box office hit, the movie needs to gain positive word of mouth on its release day.

Anushka said ‘NO’ to makers:
There is no denying the fact that Anushka has a massive fan base in both the Telugu states. Audiences have accepted her with open arms from the beginning of her journey, but lately, her fans are quite disappointed with her. Industry insiders speculate that the reason could be that she might be feeling insecure about the new female faces who are starting to emerge into the top tiers, and her time may come to an end very soon. If Ghaati doesn’t become a box-office hit, then it will be curtains for her cinematic journey. Her fans are already missing her in the movies; she is doing a film in 2 years, and doesn’t maintain any social media accounts for frequent use.

Krish: “I walked out of Hari Hara for this reason.”:
Ghaati director Krish, who held a press meet with the media recently, stated that his exit from the directorial duties of Hari Hara Veeramallu was due to personal reasons; many already know that Krish filed for divorce during that time. He also stated there were no creative differences with the makers and Pawan Kalyan during the making of the film. He just couldn’t do justice to the film and walked away from it. Now, Krish is in a happy space with the release of Ghaati and hoping to score a box-office hit and likes of the audience with the film.
