Janhvi Kapoor recently revealed a clever trick she always used to avoid unwanted male attention. She pretended to be married! The actress shared that while traveling abroad, especially in cities like Los Angeles, she often gets hit on, even by waiters who sneak her their phone numbers or give her items she didn’t order.
To get out of one such uncomfortable moment, Janhvi introduced her friend Orhan Awatramani, popularly known as Orry, as her husband. “I’ve said I’m married a lot,” she admitted during a chat on IMDb’s Speed Dating with her ‘Param Sundari’ co-star Sidharth Malhotra. “I was with Orry once and said he’s my husband,” she added.

When it comes to romance, Janhvi has clear expectations. For her, punctuality is key. “They shouldn’t show up late, In fact, they should show up early,” she said. Recalling the most romantic thing a partner has done, Janhvi opened up about a whirlwind visit from an ex who flew from London to Mumbai just to be with her for five hours. “I had a really bad dream and was panicking. He came all the way to see me,” she said.
