But none of them reached the official announcement. After waiting, Mohanlal’s film with a debutant director was announced yesterday. The film, directed by Austin Dan Thomas, is being produced by Aashiq Usman. The 365th film in Mohanlal’s career is one that is very much expected by fans.
Reports say that this is a thriller film with a comedy element. This is the film in which Mohanlal will be seen playing the role of a police officer. The project announcement poster that was released yesterday had a police uniform on it. It is suggested that this will be an SI character. Although Mohanlal has recently played police officer roles (Monster, Twelfth Man), he has not played a character who wears a uniform throughout for a long time.
