Pawan Kalyan plays the lead role in the film Hari Hara Veera Mallu, jointly directed by Krish and Jyothikrishna and produced by AM Ratnam. Ahead of the film’s release on July 24, the film unit recently held a special event, during which Pawan Kalyan announced a significant offer to the producer.
For the past few days, reports have circulated about the possible appointment of producer AM Ratnam as the Chairman of the Andhra Pradesh Film Development Corporation. Pawan Kalyan has now responded to these reports.
Pawan Kalyan About AM Ratnam:
“AM Ratnam is my favorite producer,” Pawan Kalyan stated. “He has consistently supported the Telugu film industry. I wanted to do something meaningful for him. In this context, I proposed his name for the role of Chairman of the AP Film Development Corporation. I have conveyed the same to Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu. I am not recommending him just because he produced my film. He has worked with many leading actors and has strong industry connections across India. Having someone like AM Ratnam in that position will benefit the industry.” Pawan Kalyan further added, “Since this department falls under my control, I proposed his name. I hope this will materialize in the future.”
