Ram Charan: It is a known fact that Ram Charan ‘Peddi’ movie is in its shooting stage. On the occasion of Diwali director Buchi Babu Sana revealed that they are planning to release the song soon. Now according to the latest reports, AR.Rahman is holding a concert in Hyderabad on November 8th and the song will be launched in the concert. 

Is AR.Rahman right for Peddi? 

Buchi Babu surprised everyone when he announced that Oscar winning music director AR Rahman will be the composer for Peddi. Generally AR Rahman style of music is melodious in nature, whereas Peddi is a mass commercial entertainer, Ram Charan will be seen in a village tough guy role and the film is filled with high octane action sequences. 

So when Buchi Babu roped in Rahman for Peddi, many industry insiders wondered if he was the right choice for a Telugu cinema’s mass film. We have to wait and see for the first song to be released whether Buchi Babu’s choice is perfect for the film or will it be misfired?

Teaser Background score

On the occasion of Ram Charan’s birthday, makers released a teaser from the film. In the teaser, the major talking points after the release was the film’s camerawork and music. Background music is very technotic and modern age, it amplified the visuals and gave the whole teaser a mass vibe. 

After looking at the teaser, fans of Ram Charan hailed Buchi Babu for choosing the maestro as the composer of the film.  

Shooting in Sri Lanka

Yesterday, Peddi’s unit flew to Sri Lanka for a brief schedule. Shooting of the film will be happening in some island type locations and they are planning to shoot a song from the film. This AR Rahman composed track is melodious and features both Ram Charan and Janhvi Kapoor.
