Tamannaah Bhatia Fitness Trainer:
Celebrity fitness trainer Siddhartha Singh, who has trained popular actress Tamannaah Bhatia, recently spoke about the foods that have been part of his diet for almost ten years. According to him, these basic foods help him stay healthy, maintain energy throughout the day, and support long-term fitness goals. He believes that a simple, consistent diet works better than complicated meal plans.
Siddhartha explained that even though new diet trends come and go, some items have remained constant in his routine because they are easy to find, nutritious, and fit well into his lifestyle. Here are the five foods he has relied on for a decade.
Siddhartha said that Greek yogurt is one of the most convenient foods in his diet. Today it is easily available in stores and can be ordered online quickly. But ten years ago, when it was not common in India, he would prepare hung curd at home to get a similar benefit. He likes it because it is rich in protein and helps keep the stomach full for a long time.
Eggs are another item he trusts every day. According to him, eggs are a clean and dependable source of protein because they come in their natural shell. He shared that each egg provides around six grams of protein, and they can be cooked in many different ways. For him, eggs are a low-cost and high-value food.
Fruits are a must in his daily meals. He said fruits help him control hunger and cravings because they contain fibre and fewer calories. When he tries to lose weight or reduce calories, fruits help him feel full without overeating.
Siddhartha mentioned that chicken gives him a major part of his daily protein needs. He consumes around 400 grams of chicken a day, which provides him with enough protein to support workouts and muscle recovery. For him, chicken is reliable, simple to cook, and always effective.
Many people avoid bread, but Siddhartha enjoys it daily. He believes bread is just another carbohydrate source, like rice or roti. He says that as long as you eat it in the right portion and stay within your daily calorie limit, bread can easily be part of a healthy diet.
