Vetrimaaran’s Latest Announcement:

At a Chennai event, Vetrimaaran revealed that Simbu will star in his upcoming movie. Rumors had earlier claimed that Simbu would feature in Vada Chennai 2. To clear the air, Vetrimaaran clarified that Simbu’s film is a completely different project. He confirmed that after completing that film, he will begin Vada Chennai 2 with Dhanush. This confirmation ended the rumors and satisfied fans, who now know the Anbu saga will continue in its original form, true to the vision Vetrimaaran and Dhanush established years ago.

Copyright NOC: Dhanush vs Nayanthara
It is very interesting to note that the film announcement coincides with ownership and copyrights in the industry. To continue this film, Actor Dhanush has given the No Objection Certificate (NOC) to director Vetrimaaran. This helps the director to avoid any of the legal conflicts over the character designing or the plot ownership, also, and gives the creative freedom to work on it. But in the case of actress Nayanthara, things were very different. As per the media reports, Dhanush hasn’t given any NOC for the documentary. This rejection can result in arguments over the IP rights, personal issues, or even artistic differences too.
