Bhuvan Bam, the well-known YouTuber and actor, recently addressed rumors suggesting he underwent facial surgery. He put those rumors to rest, revealing his fit appearance is the result of hard work, not cosmetic procedures.
Bhuvan shared that his transformation comes from daily discipline. “It’s just 60 minutes of cardio and proper training,” he said. He stressed that his fitness journey is about consistency, not shortcuts. Instead of quick fixes or trends, he relies on sustainable habits. His goal isn’t just to look fit for a role, but to build a lifestyle he can maintain for years.
When asked about his diet, Bhuvan explained he doesn’t follow extreme restrictions. He enjoys foods like roti, rice, biryani, and chaat papdi but in moderation. His daily meals start with black coffee and eggs, followed by protein shakes. Lunch often includes paneer or chicken with rice and salad, while dinner is usually fish or mutton with vegetables. He balances indulgence with workouts.
Bhuvan admits sleep isn’t his strong suit. He often stays awake until early morning but manages to adjust during busy shoots. Despite late nights, he tries to maintain a routine when on set.
He also spoke about the pressure male actors face to maintain certain body standards. “Producers want results fast sometimes in two months,” he said. Bhuvan stands firm, prioritizing health over unrealistic expectations.

Bhuvan rejects the idea that six-pack abs are the only mark of fitness. He believes beauty comes in many forms and that an average Indian body doesn’t need to look like a perfect six-pack model. He wants to set a realistic example for his fans and peers.
