If your urine looks foamy or bubbly often, it may be a sign of protein leaking through your kidneys. Healthy kidneys do not let essential proteins escape into urine.
3. Feeling Tired in the Morning
Even after good sleep, if you feel tired or weak in the morning, your kidneys might not be removing toxins from your blood properly. This can lead to tiredness and trouble concentrating.
4. Dry and Itchy Skin
When kidneys are not working well, they cannot maintain the right balance of minerals in your body. This can make your skin dry and itchy, especially in the mornings.
5. Bad Breath in the Morning
If your mouth smells bad or has a metallic taste when you wake up, it could be a result of toxin buildup in your blood. This condition is called uremia.
