Tollywood filmmaker Mohan Vadlapatla’s latest film M4M (Motive for Murder) is all set to make its mark internationally. The film will have a private screening at the prestigious Cannes Film Festival on May 17th at 6:00 PM, at the PALAIS C theater. M4M marks Mohan Vadlapatla’s debut as a director, though he is already known for producing films like Mallepuvvu, Mental Krishna, and Kalavaramaye Madilo. Taking the lead role in M4M is American actress Jo Sharma, who is also gaining recognition internationally. Recently, she represented Waves 2025 as an American delegate and was honored at the event alongside top Bollywood and Tollywood stars. The M4M team also held a press meet at the IMPPA preview theater in Mumbai during the same time.

Director Mohan Vadlapatla expressed his excitement about the film’s screening at Cannes. He said it is a proud and thrilling moment for the entire team. He also mentioned plans to release the film in five languages Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, and Hindi to reach a wider audience across India.

M4M is a suspense-filled thriller based on a murder mystery that promises to keep the audience guessing until the very end. The teaser has already received a positive response from viewers online. One of the interesting elements of the film is a reward challenge viewers who correctly guess the identity of the killer will win either \$1,000 or ₹1 lakh.
