December 12 of this year will see Annamalai re-releases scheduled by theaters. Released in 1992 and directed by Suresh Krissna, this movie is Rajinikanth’s most legendary acting creation in the title role of Annamalai. It has grown into mass appeal and talking status among the elite Tamil cinema community.
A remarkable cast included Khushbu, Sarath Babu, Rekha, Radha Ravi, Janagaraj, Nizhalgal Ravi, Prabhakar, Vinu Chakravarthy, Manorama, and Vaishnavi. Because of its compelling plot, fantastic dialogues, and uplifting acting, the film became an all-time great success in its first run.
