Sources close to the couple also revealed that they struggled to get along due to their differing personalities. This incompatibility eventually led to arguments and misunderstandings, which led to separation.

Yuzvendra Chahal and Dhanashree Verma met during the Covid-19 pandemic and fell in love. After dating for a while, this couple tied the knot in December 2020. Chahal and Dhanashree got officially divorced on March 20th, 2025.

Settlement Details

As part of the divorce settlement, Dhanashree Verma reportedly demanded Rs 4.75 crore in alimony. On the day of the court’s final hearing, Chahal was seen wearing a T-shirt with the phrase “Be your own sugar daddy,” which sparked media attention speculating on an affair as the prime reason for divorce.
