Vivo X300 series, the highly anticipated, has finally made its debut in China. Both Vivo X300 and Vivo X300 Pro are part of this lineup. MediaTek Dimensity 9500 is the chipset that powers both smartphones, and they operate on Android 16 with OriginOS 6. Zeiss-tuned cameras with V3+ imaging chips are used in these devices for excellent photo quality.
The price of Vivo X300 for the 12GB+256GB variant is CNY 4,399 (approximately ₹54,700). The cost of the top 16GB+1TB model rises to CNY 5,799 (about ₹72,900). Free Blue, Comfortable Purple, Pure Black, and Lucky are the available color options for this device.
The starting price of Vivo X300 Pro is CNY 5,299 (about ₹65,900) for the base 12GB+256GB model, and it reaches CNY 6,699 (around ₹83,300) for the 16GB+1TB variant. The satellite communication edition is priced at CNY 8,299 (around ₹1,03,200). It comes in Wilderness Brown, Simple White, Free Blue, and Pure Black colors.
Vivo X300 Pro presents a 6.78-inch 1.5K OLED LTPO flat display with a 120Hz refresh rate. Not only does the full view support Circular Polarization 2.0, but it also offers outdoor visibility of better quality.
Standard Vivo X300 showcases a 6.31-inch OLED LTPO display with 1.5K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. Both of them have excellent quality for their bodies’ slimness and water and dust resistance at the IP68 level.
The Vivo X300 Pro uses a 50MP Sony LYT-828 main camera with OIS. It pairs this with a 50MP ultra-wide lens and a 200MP periscope telephoto camera. It allows the use of Zeiss 2.35× telephoto teleconverter attachments.
A 200MP Samsung HPB main sensor with OIS, a 50MP ultra-wide lens, and a 50MP periscope telephoto camera equip the Vivo X300. Both phones have a 50MP front camera for taking sharp selfies.
The V3+ and VS1 imaging chips work together to give users the best possible image quality.
The MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chip powers both smartphones, which are also equipped with LPDDR5x RAM and UFS 4.1 storage. They operate on OriginOS 6, which is based on Android 16.
The Vivo X300 Pro carries a 6510mAh battery and supports 90W wired and 40W wireless charging. Whereas, the X300 is fitted with a 6040mAh battery and has the same fast-charging support.
The additional features are as follows: ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor, dual speakers, X-axis linear motor, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC, GPS, and USB 3.2 Type-C.
