Why did Keerthy Suresh Apologize to Jagapathi Babu?

Keerthy Suresh, a National Award-winning actress, has publicly expressed regret to veteran actor Jagapathi Babu. She made an appearance as a guest on his well-known talk program, Jayammu Nishchayambu, where she opened up about her marriage, work, and romantic life. Keerthy apologized for a personal error she made with the actor during the conversation.

Keerthy Suresh’s Journey in Tollywood:
After making her Tollywood debut in Nenu Sailaja, Keerthy Suresh became well-known and won a National Award for Mahanati. She became an overnight celebrity as a result of the movie. However, a number of her subsequent films that focused on women did not perform well at the box office. Understanding this, she started playing glamorous roles and experienced success once more in Sarkaru Vaari Paata with Mahesh Babu.

In Bhola Shankar, her final Telugu film as a lead actor, she portrayed Chiranjeevi’s younger sister. The movie didn’t go well, despite the huge expectations. She later joined Baby John in Bollywood.

During the film’s post-production, Keerthy married her longtime boyfriend, Antony Thattil. The couple had been in a relationship for 15 years. After marriage, Keerthy is set to return to Telugu cinema with Rowdy Janardhan, marking her first project after tying the knot.

Why Keerthy Apologized to Jagapathi Babu:
On the show, Keerthy told Jagapathi Babu, “Very few people in the industry knew about my love story. You were one of them. I trusted you and shared it with you. But I couldn’t invite you to my wedding due to my busy schedule and wedding preparations. I’m really sorry for that.”

She disclosed that four years ago, she and Antony told their families about their relationship, and last year, after he returned from Qatar, they got married. The most intresting part of this is that Keerthy and Jagapathi Babu previously collaborated on Miss India, where he played the antagonist and she played the lead. Despite the film’s poor box office performance, their professional relationship is obviously still strong.
