After Animal, Sandeep Vanga’s next project is Spirit. Although it was announced years ago, the film has faced repeated delays due to Prabhas’s tight schedule. It has finally been confirmed that shooting will begin on November 5. In this film, Prabhas will play a powerful police officer. Rumors are also circulating that Megastar Chiranjeevi will make a guest appearance as Prabhas’s father, while Sanjay Dutt will play a key role.

Initially, Deepika Padukone was considered for the lead role. However, reports suggest that she was dropped due to certain conditions that Sandeep did not agree with. Trupti Dimri has now taken her place. Meanwhile, Malayalam actress Madonna Sebastian has also joined the cast. Earlier, Kareena Kapoor was reportedly approached for this role, but Madonna has been finalized instead. Whether she will play the second heroine or an antagonist remains unclear.

Madonna Sebastian made her debut in Malayalam cinema with Premam and later acted in several Tamil films. She starred opposite Naga Chaitanya in the Telugu remake of Premam and appeared in Shyam Singha Roy. For years, speculation has linked her to a project with Prabhas, and if Spirit marks that collaboration, it could be a breakthrough in her career.
