The delay was said to have been caused primarily by the uncertainty surrounding the release of Akhanda 2, the much-anticipated sequel starring Nandamuri Balakrishna.

For Roshan Kanakala, steadily carving his way into Telugu cinema, the film is a significant project. The movie’s promotions had managed to allow anticipation to filter down. Especially after getting a positive response from the trailer.
As for now, the team has not announced any new release date. The final lockdown of the date shall only be done after the official announcement regarding the release schedule of Akhanda 2 so that this film gets a fair time in theaters.
