This was indicated by her PR manager, Vinu Vijay, in a cryptic story on Instagram-a photo of a cap marked “3G.” According to Malayalam slang, “3G” is used to refer to something that has failed or flopped, which is thought to be a subtle reference to YouTuber Thoppi, who had openly supported finalist Aneesh on his live streams.
This stirred up further speculation that all external factors and fan campaigns may not weigh equally as Anumol outshone star finalist Aneesh to clinch the title.
The discussions regarding the finale again ignited the already-brimming cauldron of tension between the reigning winner of Bigg Boss Malayalam 5, Akhil Marar, and streamer Thoppi. The trouble started all because Thoppi told his followers on a live stream to cast votes for Aneesh. Akhil Marar accused him for doing PR work, not with Aneesh, but for previous winners too. Soon after this accusation, the argument turned into a fire blazing online drama that gained attention among the masses.
