Nirbhaya like incident: Woman r*ped in RTC Bus in Pune!

A horrific incident took place in the city of Pune in Maharashtra. A woman was r*ped in an RTC bus parked just 100 meters away from the police station. This incident has become a sensation in Maharashtra. The opposition parties are strongly criticizing the government’s behavior as this atrocity took place next to a busy bus stand. They are angry that law and order has deteriorated in Maharashtra. This r*pe incident has taken on a political hue. The police, who registered a case based on the victim’s complaint, identified the accused based on CCTV footage. The Maharashtra government says that the accused will be arrested soon.

About the incident

The incident took place at the busy Swargate bus stand in Pune. A woman from Phaltana area of Satara district earns a living by working in houses in Pune. In the early hours of Tuesday morning, she was waiting for a bus at the Swargate bus stand, which is 100 meters away from her local police station. In this process, a man who noticed her came there and took her to the front of the bus. While everything was dark there, he made the woman believe that the passengers in the bus were sleeping, which is why the lights were not turned on. As soon as the woman believed him, the man immediately entered the bus, locked the door and r*ped the woman.

After the atrocity, the woman came out and boarded another bus and told her friend about the r*pe incident. This brought the matter to light. Later, the victim went to the nearby police station and filed a complaint. The police who immediately reached the spot examined the CCTV footage there. Based on it, the accused was identified as 36-year-old Dattatreya Ramdas. The police said that Dattatreya Ramdas was an accused in several cases in the past. With this, 8 special teams were formed to arrest him.

The girl registered a complaint at the police station after the incident after which we immediately started the investigation. The culprit has not been arrested yet but his identification has been done… The girl is stable now mentally and physically.”
