Apple’s iPhone 17 series is still three months away from being released, but rumors are abounding. Unconfirmed reports suggest that Apple will launch its new iPhone series on a date between September 9 and 17.
Apple usually chooses the month of September to launch its new iPhone series. One change in this was the 2020 launch event for the iPhone 12 series was moved to October due to the Covid pandemic. International media outlet Forbes has released some clues about the upcoming iPhone17 series launch date. Apple usually organizes its iPhone Keynote event on the second Tuesday or Wednesday of September. Pre-orders usually start on Friday of the same week. The new iPhones will hit stores for sale a week later. Since the first week of September is Labor Day in the US, it is unlikely that Apple will choose that week for the iPhone launch. Therefore, the iPhone 17 series is likely to be released on Tuesday, September 9 or Wednesday, September 10.
It should also be noted that all of this is news based on Apple rumors. Apple has not yet officially announced when the iPhone17 series will be released. Apple will announce the launch date once the large-scale production, export, and distribution of the iPhone 17 series is completed.
The iPhone17 series will be released with some changes from the previous models. Four smartphone models are expected in the iPhone 17 series.
