Apparently, Google is currently preparing to launch its next flagship smartphone, the Pixel 10, and with several leaks recently outlining the design, specifications, and some features of the device, some renders believed to be official have leaked online showing us what we can expect from the new smartphone. From looking at the renderings, it seems that while the Pixel 10 will maintain the look expected from a Pixel phone, there also are some minor improvements to the design and some new color options presented with it as a possible upgrade.
New Colors as Part of a Refreshed Design
According to a report by AndroidHeadlines, the Pixel 10 will be offered in 4 colors: Obsidian, Indigo, Frost, and Limoncello. Obsidian remains from the Pixel 9 lineup, but the other 3 are completely new colors and are brighter with the intention of giving the Pixel 10 a fresh, and perhaps more colorful offering, and a
distinctive look for all the users out there that like something a little more modern and bold.
Regarding design changes, the Pixel 10 keeps the overall Pixel shape with minor changes. The most significant change is with the camera module. Unlike the Pixel 9, the Pixel 10 will keep the traditional Pixel visor-style camera bar; however, the design will be longer this time.
The more important thing to note about the camera module is that it will hold a Telephoto lens, which are typically reserved for the more premium Pixel Pro models. This seems to suggest Google is going to make some high-end camera features available on their standard flagship model.
Pixel 10 Specs (Rumours)
The Pixel 10 is said to be sporting a 6.3-inch OLED screen at FHD+ resolution at a 120Hz refresh rate and can reach up to a peak brightness of 3000 nits, so it should be bright enough for even the brightest sunlight. Presumably, it will feature Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2 for protection against scratches and drops.
The Pixel 10 lineup will be powered by Google’s latest custom chip, the 3nm Tensor G5 processor, which is expected to be promising in performance, greater efficiency, and advancing AI over the previous generations.
For photos, the phone is likely to have a 48MP primary sensor, as well as a 13MP ultra-wide lens, and a 10.8MP telephoto camera. This lens configuration suggests that Google is trying to take the Pro camera experience to the entry-level, which will likely attract photography purists.

At this stage, I can see the Pixel 10 becoming a serious competitor in the premium Android space, with flagship specs packaged in a more polished design, as well as enhanced camera experience.
