Top 5G Phones Under Rs15K In 2025: iQOO Z10x, Poco M7 Pro And More

Budget smartphones in India have come a long way. They now provide value with great capabilities like performance, cameras, and battery life. The ‘5G tax’ is no longer present, and because competitors stepped up to provide even more value. Here is our list of the best smartphones below Rs. 15,000.

  1. iQOO Z10x – Rs.13,499
  2. Poco M7 Pro – Rs.12,999
  3. Poco X7 – Rs.15,899
  4. Motorola Moto G85 – Rs.15,999
  5. Nothing CMF Phone 1 – Rs.15,999

iQOO Z10x

The iQOO Z10x is a stylish phone with power. It has a really nice back panel. It has an IP64 rating which means it offers some protection against dust & water ingress too. Under the hood it has the MediaTek Dimensity 7300, and it can do everything smoothly, although the cameras take decent images in good daylight shots and subpar ones in low light conditions. The 6,500mAh battery is excellent, and it lasts about two days with a few hours of casual use a day, while the 44W charger is almost too slow.

Poco M7 Pro

The Poco M7 Pro is a great value phone on the low end. The design looks premium, and also has an IP64 rating, so it shouldn’t be prone to damage by dust or water. The 120Hz AMOLED display will reach a whopping 2,100 nits of brightness. The display also supports Dolby Vision and HDR10+ for OTT apps. The dual stereo speakers are pretty loud too.

The MediaTek Dimensity 7025 is decent and is not really the fastest in this segment, but it does the job fine. And for those of you concerned about benchmarks and speed – the software runs quite nicely even if the benchmarks are not quite where you may expect them to be.

Poco X7

The Poco X7 is a newer budget phone that just dropped in price a few days ago from a nominal Rs. 25,000 to Rs. 15,999. Its vegan leather design is super unique, and the dual-curved display is not common in this range. The IP69 rating is also surprising in this price bracket.

The 3,000-nit display is more than utility, and is crazy efficient considering it also at the same time supports broadcasts in HDR10+ and Dolby Vision. The MediaTek Dimensity 7300 Ultra chip deals well with mid-range gaming. The 5500mAh battery only lasts 21 hours, half of the iQOO Z10x’s 37-hour performance.

Motorola Moto G85

Motorola Moto G85 is a near-stock Android phone. It has a vegan leather back that is grippy and has IP52 protection. The Snapdragon 6s Gen 3 chip is not best-in-class, but it’s reliable. The 6.67-inch pOLED display runs at a smooth 120Hz refresh rate. The cameras use one main sensor along with a macro lens, and they perform well. The 5000mAh battery is decent, and it weighs only 172 grams.

CMF Phone 1

CMF Phone 1 is a product of the label Nothing that’s famous for its modular design. The user can replace the rear panel with something custom, attach an accessory such as a card holder, and even more. The Media Tek Dimensity 7300 chip is capable of handling most day-to-day scenarios without issue. The unique experience of Nothing OS stands out from the crowd. The phone’s 5000mAh battery outperformed the Poco X7’s due to superior optimization. The slim design gives it aesthetic value, too.

Why Go For These Phones?

All of these phones have a balance of style, performance and an interesting experience. The range spans the performance spectrum for typical needs, from gaming to photography, and the selection balances reasonable displays and decent battery lives, for good. Of course, you should always check that your needs and budgets are aligned before buying/pre-ordering.
